you will never receive cheap, mismatched copies with cheap bearings, crappy parts cheap gears etc. If we find a problem, then we have changes made to make things better. Every item we stock is verified as extremely high quality, a fact our customers consistently attest to.

Maintaining Our Value Commitment

We are a simply, a small Australian online business. We don't have any accounts dept, so we don't have any sort of credit system in place. We have no showroom (We aren't allowed to have a shop in this complex), and we have to run lean because we can get extremely busy. 
Our commitment to providing maximum product value means we need to operate on a high-efficiency model. To ensure our people can focus on technical development as well as rapid dispatch of products, we ask all clients to adhere to the following simple protocol:   
Please keep the minimum value on any phone order at values $50.00 and above, and for anything lower please use the website. We are happy to send you links to the products that you are interested in. 
Our small team's time is the most valuable asset we have. Unfortunately we can't use fancy payment systems that require us to fill out stuff we don't really understand. We don't have any sort of accounting people, so we have to keep things simple, like bank transfer, credit card, cash on pickup or Paypal. 
Orders for single, small components (e.g., single capacitors, connectors, switches and so on) can be EASILY completed directly via the self-service website checkout. This time management policy allows us the time to get the most important things done like the shipping and emails and support.

We have multiple lines, so if the phone rings out, it means the first line is busy, if it KEEPS ringing and rings out it means the second phone is also busy!, please just wait 5-10 minutes and call back. We are committed to giving every customer the focused time required for their specific inquiry. But sometimes we get more calls than we can take. While this doesn't happen often, its easy for us to miss calls while we are already on calls with other customers. 

Local Pickup:
You are welcome to visit our physical location and collect orders or even drop in if you need help with something we might be able to provide. It would be appreciated if you call just to let us know when you want to pickup so we can make sure your order is ready. Our address Unit 4, 21-23 Daniel Street, Wetherill Park. Please Order Online and Select Pickup first. If you arrive without ordering, please be aware that we do not have any card processing facilities here (we aren't allowed to open any type of shop where we are so, its just a warehouse), but you can always order while you're here and select pickup, otherwise please try to bring as close to EXACT CASH as you can. We keep very little change on the premesis.
